Thermal Cameras Find Water

SERVPRO of Oviedo/ Winter Springs East uses thermal cameras to find stubborn bound water. Allowing this water to evaporate on its own will cause mold and bacteria to grow.

Removing baseboards and toe-kicks allows our technicians to apply air movement to these hard to reach places. In just a few days the water will evaporate and mold will not be able to grow. The baseboards and toe-kicks were replaced once dried.
