Toilet Leaking in Hotel Bathroom

When the toilet leaks it is a big deal to move fast in order clean and disinfect.

The good news about this leak is that it was from a clean source along the back of the tank. The tank was replaced easily enough to stop the damage from spreading. But, it was up to SERVPRO of Oviedo / Winter Springs East to finish the drying.

First we start off with removing the water using high powered extractors. These can either be truck mounted or as a portable. A portable was used in this case since the damaged room was on the 3rd floor. Once the water was extracted we laid out our equipment to dry out the walls and flooring.
